Summarization:
DT(X)S949/DS(X)S949 three-phase active and reactive electronic meter uses large-scaled integrated circuit, SMT techniques, world-famous branded long-life components, and 5+2 digit LCD. It shows information of consumption and power net parameters directly. It can measure the 50Hz~60Hz three-phase AC active and reactive consumption accurately as well as the power net parameters such as currency, voltage, power factor. It meets all the technical requirement of the standard GB/T17215-2002, GB/T17882-1999 and some other relative national standards. It can be mainly used as two three-phase meters to measure the consumption and power net parameters and it has extended the RS485 communication which can help power company to read distant meter. It has good reliability, wide load, low consumption, high accuracy, and good anti-disturbance performance.

Main function and characteristic:
1) LCD display:
a) LCD display can show the data clearly and circularly by turn such as active consumption, reactive consumption, current active and reactive power, power net parameters such as current, voltage, meter number, time, date, lack of phase, display of opening circuit, power factor
b) Using the button of display under the condition of electrifying, the parameters can be set to show circularly and automatically with the time of 1~255 seconds
c) It has the function of broadcasting to stop display for 256 seconds
d) It can show the data of total active and reactive consumption for two days on the condition of power off

2) Communication:
a) It has RS485 and infrared interface which helps to communicate with PC and palmtop
b) RS485 interface can be isolated electricity and gas with inside of the meter
c) Communication regular refer to DL/T645-1997
d) Can use palmtop and PC to read the meter

3) Output:
It can output impulse of active and reactive with width of 80ms±20ms from the testing interface

4) Record affairs:
a) Can Measure the voltage, current and the active and reactive power of A, B, C lively
b) Can measure the power factor of meeting phase
c) Can record the starting and ending time of last five-times losing voltage or current
d) Can record the cumulate time of last five-times losing voltage or current
