A.     Summarization

DTSD950/DSSD950 Three-phase multi-function electronic meter uses large-scaled integrated circuit, SMT techniques, world-famous brand long life components, 5+2 digits LCD in wide temperature range. It can measure the 50Hz60Hz three-phase AC active consumption, four areas reactive consumption and time-sharing consumption accurately as well as all kinds of power net parameters, It can record data event though power off. It meets all the technical requirements of the standard GB/T17215-2002(idt IEC61036 international standard), GB/T17882-1999, DL/T17882-1999, DL/T614-1997 and some other relative national standard. It features good reliability, wide load, low consumption, high accuracy, powerful function, operating easily, which means it has reached advanced level in similar type of meters.

B. Main function and characteristic

1.       Can measure time-sharing positive and reverse active consumption; Can also measure time-sharing positive and reverse reactive consumption.

2.       Can measure maximum positive active demand and maximum reverse active demand as well as its occurring time.

3.       Can measure four-quadrant reactive consumption.

4.       Can measure real-time value of three-phase voltage, current and power; current frequency and power factor.

5.       Has 4 tariffs, 10 days periods, 5 sheets of day period and 12 public holidays.

6.       Can set maximum demand cycle as 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60.

7.       Has function of read meter by infrared when power off.

8.       Has RS485 interface to communicate with PC and infrared to communicate with palmtop to set program and read meter. RS485 interface insulate electricity and gas inside meter to avoid lightning strike. Has two RS485 interface choose.

9.       Record events such as losing voltage, losing current, voltage qualified rate, time of power off, time of program, time of clear demand and time of broadcast setting time.

10.   Can show any parameters circularly, parameters, time and showing turn can be set in advance.

11.   Has some other special function such as recording opening cover; recording load curve; recording active consumption on the hour of load representative date; freezing positive active energy; alarm information for fault, outputting information for over-load.
